#PLAYPAUSE NEWS & EVENTS

From 28 September, autumn comes to the table. Our chef reinterprets the tradition of wild game with a menu that tells the story of the region: roast venison with blackcurrant chutney and chanterelles, chestnut pappardelle with a ragù of braised hare, roast roe deer loin with caramelised chestnuts, and to finish, beetroot and blue cheese.

The full menu costs CHF 119 per person. For a true classic, try the roe deer saddle Baden-Baden style, served for a minimum of two people (CHF 72 per person).

All with a view of the lake that only Cademario can offer.

This autumn the Kurhaus takes on a Bavarian touch, with elegance. Every day at the Bar & Bistrot, you’ll find a dedicated Oktoberfest menu with a simple formula: a traditional dish paired with a draught beer, small or large. Bratwurst with onion sauce, griddled Swiss beef rib-eye, grilled sandwich with bratwurst and sauerkraut, all enjoyed with a view over the Malcantone.

Dish + draught beer from CHF 14.–

At Kurhaus Cademario, our connection with nature is an essential part of our identity.

In this landscape, where the green hills meet silence and pure air, the presence of cows and horses tells the story of our bond with the territory in a simple and authentic way: a return to natural rhythms, outdoor living and a more genuine dimension of hospitality.

This choice stems from our desire to strengthen our commitment to a more conscious, sustainable cuisine, deeply connected to the territory. We aim to enhance a short, organic and zero-kilometre supply chain, founded on the quality of raw materials, transparency and respect for natural rhythms.

For us, wellbeing also means this: living in harmony with nature, respecting its pace and bringing to the table an experience that is more authentic, responsible and deeply connected to our land.
