From 28 September, autumn comes to the table. Our chef reinterprets the tradition of wild game with a menu that tells the story of the region: roast venison with blackcurrant chutney and chanterelles, chestnut pappardelle with a ragù of braised hare, roast roe deer loin with caramelised chestnuts, and to finish, beetroot and blue cheese.

The full menu costs CHF 119 per person. For a true classic, try the roe deer saddle Baden-Baden style, served for a minimum of two people (CHF 72 per person).

All with a view of the lake that only Cademario can offer.
