On Saturday, 11 July 2026, dalle 09:00 alle 19:00, Kurhaus Cademario invites you to enjoy an immersive experience designed to harmonise body, mind and spirit.

The day will begin with a welcome moment and a welcome coffee break, followed by spa check-in and a walk along the energy path, surrounded by nature and the panoramic tranquillity of Kurhaus Cademario.

The programme includes Kundalini yoga and mindfulness practices, moments of spa & relaxation, a convivial buffet lunch, a sound bath and deep meditation experience, and a final moment dedicated to connection with nature, before the farewell aperitif.

A full day to slow down, breathe and rediscover balance, in collaboration with Morada de Luz, in one of Ticino’s most renowned Top Spa Destinations.

An afternoon to be enjoyed slowly, surrounded by the greenery and peaceful atmosphere of Kurhaus Cademario, where time seems to slow down and every detail invites you to reconnect with wellbeing.

The experience begins at 4:00 pm with a fresh and light welcome: smoothies, natural juices, infusions and freshly cut fruit, to be enjoyed outdoors in a relaxed and luminous atmosphere.

Until approximately 6:00 pm, guests will have free time to enjoy the park, breathe in nature, take in the view and simply slow down.

At around 6:00 pm, Lorenzo will guide a mindfulness class in one of the most energetic places of the Kurhaus: a moment dedicated to breathing, gentle movement and presence, with yoga, relaxation and connection with oneself.

At approximately 6:45 pm, the experience continues with an open-air aperitif featuring finger food and light flavours, accompanied by live music with saxophone and backing track.

The experience will come to an end at around 7:45 pm, after a small summer ritual of nature, wellbeing and conviviality.

For the occasion, our team will propose a dedicated 4-course dinner menu, also available in a vegetarian version, accompanied by live musical entertainment.

From our privileged location, guests can enjoy the view and admire the fireworks in a unique setting, suspended between nature, sky and summer lights.

To make the experience even more special, guests can add a Private Spa Experience:

50 minutes of jacuzzi for two people, reserved relaxation area and cocktail, with 4-hour access to the SPA and pool included.

A day in the open air, starting from 11:30 AM, featuring BBQ grill, pool bar and moments of pure relaxation, all set against a breathtaking panoramic view.
