Dr. Keller chose this hill, one of the sunniest in Switzerland, as a place of energy over 100 years ago.
His initial idea? To promote "psychophysical and spiritual wellbeing" and create ample opportunity for «Lebensfreude»: that zest for life that comes from awareness and can improve every aspect of life.
DOT also means point, a focal point centred on the person. An important point at a geomantic level, which acts positively on man and boosts the energy of the place in which he lives.
In Dr. Keller's glade, in the gardens, and in the well-equipped fitness area with panoramic views, you can train your body, relax and challenge yourself with a team of professionals specialized in different techniques.
Indoor pool with waterfall and various water attractions such as massage outlets, integrated massage beds, hydromassage benches, and a counter-current device. The indoor pool and outdoor pool are connected by a running water channel with an integrated hot tub and hydromassage benches. It is the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful views overlooking the lake.
Alongside the Hammam is the Turkish bath, with an ambient temperature of between 40 and 50 °C.
The humidity is extremely high and is around 80 and 100%.
This type of bath is excellent for circulation, the muscles relax and the skin becomes smoother. The added aromatic essences have beneficial effects on the mucosa and respiratory tract.

This is a more delicate, warm sauna with garden views.
The temperature is about 65° C.
The air humidity is slightly higher, averaging between 20 and 30%.
The Finnish sauna has been designed for all those who enjoy dry, intense heat.
To satisfy sauna lovers, it has a high temperature of about 90° C.
The humidity is instead much lower, about 10%.

It consists of two cooling tubs with a cold water cascade.
The frigidarium is for revitalizing and refreshing after an extended stay in the various heated rooms.
The change in temperature stimulates circulation.
The temperature varies between 8° and 12° C, depending on the season.
The hammam has a starry sky, fresh water fountain, and sensory showers with various jets including a cold mist shower, tropical rain shower, or waterfall shower. The purpose of a hammam is to purify the body and mind, forget everyday worries, and relax muscles and joints, thus reinvigorating the spirit and psyche. After time in the hammam, we suggest passing to the Turkish steam bath to stimulate the sweat glands and natural detoxification.

DOT SPA also offers a place where absolute peace reigns, where you can rest and forget everything that surrounds you. Here you can relax on comfortable sofas, big soft sofas, or lounge chairs both inside and outside. There are self-service refreshment stations in the spa area with herbal teas, waters flavored with lemon and orange, dried fruit to taste and sip after a fitness session or after you have cleansed in the sauna.
Upon leaving the sauna, fresh and sparkling ice crystals invigorate the immune system and smooth the skin, revitalizing the heart and circulation.
There are several sensory showers with different types of jets: for example, a cold mist shower, tropical rain shower, or waterfall shower.
