Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & SPA, originally a German care home, already suggests its clear origins from its name. Founded over a century ago in 1914 and thanks to its privileged and sunny location, it became the first sanatorium open year-round, including winter months.

Today, after a multi-year restructuring plan, Kurhaus Cademario is still one of the leading hotels for well-being, relaxation, and health.

Building on a centuries-old tradition, one of its strengths is still the spacious 2,200 sqm spa centre: a perfect place to immerse yourself in complete well-being. Originally founded as an exclusive care home open year-round, the property boasts a 2,200 m² SPA area with a sauna area and indoor and outdoor heated pool treatments, where you can immerse yourself in total relaxation, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

But the real highlight of Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & SPA is its magnificent panorama.

At 850 meters above sea level, you can admire the beautiful Lake Lugano and the majestic Malcantone mountains.

The gourmet restaurant, which features a terrace and large panoramic windows, can also enjoy an unparalleled view.

The rooms provide every imaginable comfort: they are all furnished with style, equipped with air conditioning, and in some cases, a living room, spa bath, and a balcony with lake views.
